Party & Painkillers (Back on Friday)
Dear Readers, I apologise for the silence on the blog. I’m in Estonia for work and the Independence Day celebrations, but have been experiencing serious back pain for the first time in my life. This has completely messed up my schedule and blog plans. I will now swallow a hard-core painkiller and shake hands with the President. And then I’ll be back on Friday.
Oh Annikky, what a horrible timing for you, backpain is debilitating! Hope the painkillers work. Not to blow my own trumpet but we have excellent results with backpain. All the best!
They worked splendindly, I have to say. Let’s see how I feel after they wear off… And I DO plan to visit your establishments – one of them is close to some of my favourite shopping haunts. I figure if I have time to go shopping, I should have time for this, too.
Arcoxia is the only pill that helps when you are in serious pain. I alway have some just in case of…well pain! Although it is indeed so hardcore that it didn’t get FDA approval in the States.
It really does work. I took one to get some sleep before the event and the other to get through it, so let’s see what’ll happen now. It’s clearly not a sustainable solution. But at least it was effective.
And thank you!
..and get well soon, of course!
I hope you get better as soon as possible. I have seen people go through back problems and cannot believe the amount and extent of pain it causes. My mother has also had awful back problems and tells me sometimes gin really does help. She means this seriously as apparently it relaxes muscles in a way she found painkillers didn’t. I just hope it goes away asap for you.
This sounds like my kind of medicine 🙂 I’m pretty sure it’s all my own fault, a combination of neglecting excercise, terrible posture and overwork. Hopefully it’ll function as a wake-up call. But first I need to fix it.
Oh, I’m so sorry. Back pain is such a tough one, as it interferes with everything! I hope it will resolve quickly and that you have the opportunity to relax and indulge yourself. Sending you a gentle hug…
Thank you for the hug! I’ve never experienced any serious back pain before, so I was compeltely lost. I don’t even have a vocabulary to explain any of it… Anyway, the good news is that the heavy drugs were still working spectacularly today, so I did get the photo shoot done. And I’ve seen the pictures of the Independence Day dress and I’m excited! If all goes well, will share them tomorrow.
